Industry Briefing Session - 23rd September 2010

The new Strata Management Regulation 2010 repealed Strata Management Regulation 2005 from 1st September 2010. To help SCA (NSW) members understand the changes, an Industry Briefing Session Presented by Bannermans Lawyers was held on 23rd September 2010. A panel of strata industry experts was also convened to discuss some of the issues that have arisen as a result of the new regulations.

The presentation, delivered by David Bannerman, is available for members to download.

SCA (NSW) will continue to engage with government on this and other industry matters.
