This category is suitable for new entrants to the strata industry, students and those wishing to gain more knowledge about the sector.
As an Associate Member, you receive membership benefits but are not entitled to vote.
This membership category is for experienced Strata Managing Agents. As a member you receive discounted education and training programs, information, networking and decision support services.
To join, you must have completed the minimum educational requirements to register with the NSW Office of Fair Trading as a Strata Managing Agent.
This category is for experienced and licensed Strata Managing Agents.
To be eligible for membership you must hold a license with the NSW Office of Fair Trading.
This category of membership is for suppliers of goods and services to the strata sector.
Business owners and their employees with experience in the sector can apply to join SCA (NSW) as a full voting member.
The Strata Owner Chapter is a category of membership for people who own a lot(s) in a community title scheme and those who sit on an executive committee.

As a corporate member with SCA (NSW), you can promote and brand your business within the strata sector. Corporate members enter into a commercial relationship with SCA (NSW) and are entitled to purchase advertising, sponsorship, use of SCA (NSW) Agency Agreement and other promotional packages.
To be eligible for corporate membership you must include at least a reference from at least one licensed Strata Manager or manager of a supplier business.
There are two types of corporate membership - Supplier and Strata.
