Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to Strata Community Australia (NSW) to jess.boyden@stratacommunity.org.au the following cancellation fees apply to written notifications:

More than 10 (ten) working days before event NIL
Less than 10 (ten) working days before event 50%
Less than 48 hours before the event100%

*Please note this does not include larger events (such as the convention, Business Awards or Principal's Retreat), please refer to the terms and conditions relevent to these events.

Mission

As the peak industry body in New South Wales, Strata Community Australia (NSW), is committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards in the operation of strata & community title properties for the benefit of the people living and working in them

Vision

SCA (NSW) will achieve its mission by achieving the following key visions:
  • Promote strata & community title property development, ownership, investment, working and living.
  • Provide information about matters affecting strata & community title schemes and stakeholders.
  • Educate strata managers, service providers, owners and the public about strata and community title schemes.
  • Develop a form of agency agreement, best practices and other tools for use in the strata & community title industry.
  • Promote the highest professionals standards and ethical conduct across the strata & community title industry
  • Provide opportunities for stakeholders to meet, share views and, debate relevant topics.
  • Research strata & community title industry matters.
  • Develop innovative solutions to current and future strata & community title industry needs.
  • Encourage respect and foster co-operation amongst strata & community title industry stakeholders.
  • Promote compliance with applicable law, regulations and other controls.
  • Consult with stakeholders and lobby government on matters affecting strata & community title schemes.
