David Ferguson

David Ferguson has been involved in strata management since 1995. He began Strata Plus in 2001, specialising in tailored strata management solutions for strata schemes, building management committees and community schemes. He now employs 24 people.

David's background includes working with major corporations in finance - custody and funds management, accounting and workplace training. His qualifications include Strata Managing Agents Licence; Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training; and an Associate Diploma in Business (Accounting).

"I am honored to be elected President and will ensure that members have a voice in the Community and that we raise the awareness and profile of SCA (NSW). I look forward to driving the SCA (NSW) agenda at government level and building long-term, valuable relationships."
