David Bannerman is the Principal of Bannermans Lawyers and has had over 11 years extensive experience in property and litigation in small and medium sized firms. David has been specialising in strata for the last 5 years which has given him a strong strategic overview for strata related issues.

David conducts lectures for strata managers earning them CPD points covering areas, such as, residential common property defects, agency agreements, works by owners and legislative changes.

David conducts lectures for lawyers on strata related issues earning them CLE points covering areas, such as, identifying lot and common property, Home Building Act 1989 amendments, strata litigation and legislative changes.
