This is a comprehensive course consisting of five, two hour modules run over 1.5 days. It will:
Provide a good basis for understanding the roles and responsibilities of being a member of a Strata Executive Committee.
Help you in your day to day dealings with your Strata Manager, other Lot Owners and contractors.
Make your Executive Committee Role more enjoyable.

Roles and Responsibilities
Strata Plan Interpretation
Administrative Matters
Communication.
The cost of the course is $150 and is limited to 20 participants. You will receive a manual and a set of resources to take with you for future reference.
